At certain points in sironahealth.co.uk website, you may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying information with us. As provided in these Terms and Conditions, such information will never be distributed to a third party and it will never be publicly visible without your express written consent.
Your email address will only be used to alert you to any information that you have specifically requested to be notified of and will not be shared.

Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide as flexible a service as possible but we are a small business and there are significant costs to us associated with patients who cancel last minute. These are particularly impactful for our home visits where we have significant overheads and little chance of filling last minute cancellation slots.
Online appointment policy:
Should you choose to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide us with 48 BUSINESS hours notice. Please note this does not include weekends or bank holidays.
If you cancel with more than 48 business hours notice you will receive a full refund back to your payment card.
(Please note this is automatic and can take 10 days processing time by the credit card company.)
If you cancel, rearrange your appointment or do not show for your appointment with less than 48 business hours notice, the fees are non refundable. REGARDLESS OF REASON.
Home visit appointment policy:
If you cancel, rearrange your appointment or do not show for your appointment with less than 48 business hours notice, the fees are non refundable. REGARDLESS OF REASON.
If you think you cannot make it to the clinic but could see someone online, we can switch your appointment to an online one at no charge.
Additional fees
Occasionally we are asked for extra letters/ admin. Extra letters are charged at £30. Repeat prescriptions are charged at £25.
This is to cover our time and administrative costs.
Other Terms and Conditions
We can only see patients who are in the UK at the time of their appointment. Should it become clear you are not in the UK at the appointment time, the doctor will not be able to continue with the appointment and no refund can be offered.
We can only see children who are aged 13 and above as per our Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration.
We need to verify the identity of patients at the time of appointment using photo ID.
