Dietician

As a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant with 20 years’ experience, both in the NHS and privately, I’ve realised it’s not just the what we eat but the how and why we eat that is so fascinating and leads to long term change.

I specialise in supporting women with their weight, their relationship with food and coping with the changes that the menopause brings. I’m driven to combine all my knowledge and skill to provide practical, science backed, dietary guidance and behavioural therapy with compassion.
