Accessibility statement

The aim of the our accessibility statement is to set a clear direction such that clients (and where appropriate carers and parents) who have information or communication needs relating to a disability, impairment or sensory loss receive:

• Accessible information (“information which is able to be read or received and understood by the individual or group for which it is intended”).

• Communication support (“support which is needed to enable effective, accurate dialogue between a professional and a service user to take place”).

This includes accessible information and communication support to enable individuals to:

• Make decisions about their health and wellbeing and about their care and treatment.

• Self-manage conditions.

• Access services appropriately and independently.

• Make choices about treatments and procedures including the provision or withholding of consent.

We will routinely ask you about whether you have any information or communication needs when you book an appointment with Sirona Health on your patient questionnaire, and we will also ask you how these needs could best be met.

If you need information on this website in a different format like large print, easy read, audio recording or braille:

  • email: info@sironahealth.co.uk

  • call: 07920141147

We’ll consider your request and get back to you.

We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find any problems not listed on this page or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, contact:  info@sironahealth.co.uk where we will then investigate any issues you encounter.
